Mei Cheng, CCIM

As a Top Producer at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties and founder of the C&R Group, Mei Cheng is dedicated to being an advocate for her clients as well as serving members of the Asian community and beyond. Born and raised in Taiwan, Mei spent the first part of her career as a registered nurse before moving to the US and earning her degree in International Business at the University of Alabama. In 2000, Mei moved to Atlanta and worked as an overseas purchasing coordinator for a furniture importer and auto racing safety gear manufacturing company for 14 years.

Mei Cheng and her husband, Tai, are proud parents of two children, William and Mason. They have made Atlanta their home, and to raise her family and serve locally, she decided to leave her international travel career to follow a calling to become a full-time Realtor in 2014.

She began by helping friends with their investment properties, and then her business snowballed into helping their friends with their commercial and residential real estate needs. Believing in the Chinese philosophy of Yi-Ching, “following the law of nature,” Mei has always practiced this same concept when working with her clients. Her caring heart and intensive overseas travel experiences have developed her understanding of human nature within a completely foreign environment, thus enabling her to better serve her clients.

Coming up on her 10th year in real estate, Mei Cheng has closed over $100 million in sales and received many industry sales awards and designations, such as being a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS). Her business volume has grown every year, and in 2022, Mei formed the C&R Group. Her team specializes in Commercial (land, warehouses, retail shopping centers, and offices) and Residential (homes and land) while representing both buyers and sellers in the North Atlanta area. Mei’s business approach is deeply analytical and focused on strategic planning and execution. She works tirelessly to ensure her team provides the most trusted advice to her clients regarding their real estate investments.

In her free time, Mei enjoys golf, travel, and reading. She also loves cooking and trying out a variety of cuisines. She is an active investor and participates within the local community supporting multiple charities, including the Together We Can Foundation and Sunshine Kids.
