About Melina

I am the owner of the Tomson Burnham firm and I am a licensed Principal Broker in Oregon. I have been an agent since 2004 and owned my own brokerage since 2007.

I am a mom, a lover of books, and a nature photography hobbyist. I love to cook and am a foodie. I like trying out all of the new restaurants in Salem and surrounds. From coffee to lemon tiramisu, I've got you covered with recommendations. I am also a data geek. If there is a number to crunch and analyze I'm all over it.

I sell all sorts of homes and investment properties. If someone lives in it, I sell it. I sell multi-family housing to acreage to old vintage homes. Older homes/units are my specialty though. If it has asbestos, lead paint, galvanized plumbing, knob and tube, ungrounded outlets, etc you are in my territory, from bungalows to Victorians to MCM’s. I restore homes for investments and have rentals so I can advise you on the investment market in the area. My office is the Burgraff-Burt-Webster house and I have been slowly restoring it since 2014 when I purchased it. It is on the National Register of Historic Places.
