Melinda Ball

Melinda has been a licensed REALTOR® since 1992 practicing in Virginia and the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia as an Associate Broker.

Working Together, she keeps her clients informed every step of the way, whether they are local or long-distance. It is important to her that they know what is happening in one of the largest and most important financial transactions they will ever make. She handles her clients' transactions the way she would want her transaction handled.

She is a licensed REALTOR®-Associate Broker that is certified in military relocation as well as having much success in working with first-time home buyers, repeat buyers, and home sellers.

She has earned the designation of SRES®: Senior Real Estate Specialist means that she has extensive training and experience to support clients ages 50+.

She has been awarded the Military Relocation Professional certification by the National Association of Realtors. The National Association of Realtors® awards the MRP certification to Realtors® who help military personnel, veterans, and their families find housing that lets them make the best use of their benefits and serves the unique needs of military life.
