Melissa has lived on a floating home for over 20 years, and she does a lot of work with the floating home community, which leads people to think she focuses exclusively or even mostly on the floating home real estate market. The truth is, as much as she loves working with buyers and sellers in floating homes, her biggest passion is simply around helping people have the best real estate experience possible. Melissa has been involved with transactions on condominiums, townhomes, single-family homes, vacation homes, floating homes, co-ops, and boat slips.
