Melissa is over the top amazing. She was so patient with me for 4 years! It didn’t matter if it was the evening or weekend, she was always available. She previewed homes for me when I couldn't get to them. I was a little stressed through it and she reassured me the entire time that the perfect home will come on the market. Without a doubt, she is the best agent to help anyone buy or sell their home. I am sharing a picture of her helping me paint the entire main level when I was on a deadline for flooring installation. I have the privledge of working with many realtors in my profession. Hands down I would chose Melissa everytime. She's a great real estate agent but beyond that she genuinely cares about everyone.

She doesn’t sugar coat it. We saw houses in a huge price range gap and location area from Hoyt to emporia and she was so accommodating and knew all areas well giving us the best opportunity to find the perfect house and price and location for good school districts

I received Melissa's contact information from friends of mine that highly recommended her. She spoke with me on the phone and that afternoon was driving me around looking at houses in the area. She got to know me and what I was looking for in a property to purchase here in Topeka. Within a week of our first meeting, she was showing me my soon to be home. She wanted to make sure I loved it and not just liked it!! ❤ So she kept looking and showed me a few others, which made me realize I had loved the "Blue Door" house the most! She met with me at the house several times so I could confirm (and show off) my find with my closest friends before going all in. Once I made the decision to make an offer Melissa stood by my side and helped me thru the process (and boy was it a process). She helped me stand my ground, fight for what was fair and in the end, what was best for me. I am very happy to report... I do L♡VE my "Blue Door" home and am very glad to have Melissa to Thank for that!! I also feel that I have gained a new friend out of all of this, so I am blessed even more!!
