Melissa Radtke

Melissa has been interested and involved in real estate for a long time. She was born and raised in the bay area and spent a lot of time going to construction sites and looking at houses with her grandfather. She graduated from San Francisco State University with a degree in Interior Design and finished her design education in London, England, at the Chelsea College of Art and Design.

After college, she worked for a general contractor and developer, where she ran multi-million-dollar construction projects and designed live/workspaces. That construction knowledge allowed her to run the construction and design of a restaurant she opened. She has experience in customer service from her time in the fine dining and wine industry.

These experiences have given Melissa a unique set of skills that she can draw on as an agent. Whether someone is buying their first home or second investment property, her passion is helping all clients unleash the power of real estate for their futures and families.
