Melissa has called Savannah home for over 20 years, and she enjoys seeing her clients fall in love with the city as she did. The rich history, natural beauty, European-influenced architecture, and walkability set Savannah apart and are all reasons why she settled down in the Hostess City.
For the past 11 years, Melissa has become an esteemed realtor focused on high-end residential and commercial real estate. She has cultivated many vital relationships, and her contacts and extensive knowledge of the Savannah market leverage her enthusiasm and expertise, which enhances her dedication to her clients.
When she isn't helping her cherished clients, Melissa enjoys tennis, cycling, traveling, yoga, and Pilates. She is also passionate about architecture and fashion and has a background in interior design, which is beneficial when assisting her clients in finding the ideal home or commercial property.
Melissa and her family are members of the Historic Savannah Foundation and the Savannah Yacht Club. In addition, they support numerous local organizations, including Chatham Academy, SCAD, Junior Achievement, Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, the Davenport House, and Savannah Country Day School. Melissa resides in her favorite part of town, the Landmark Historic District, with her husband John Paul Rowan, daughters Sassy and Speed, and son Wilde.
