I highly recommend Melody Hultgren. We were selling our condo in San Francisco during the height of Covid, and concerned we would not sell the home at an adequate price. We had one goal, which was to sell the property at a specific amount, and Melody delivered. While other condos were selling short, Melody and her team manifested the sale price of what we needed. Melody is a detail oriented beast, proactively informing us throughout the whole process.

Melody went above and beyond to market our property with her team. She advised inexpensive yet effective hacks to have our property stand out from the competition. This helped us sell our property in record time. As a professional working in Big Tech I was very impressed of the methodologies Melody used to find the perfect buyer at the perfect price, and at the right time.

She was such a joy to work with, I almost hoped she'd have taken longer to find our dream condo in S.F. We worked with Melody to purchase our home a few years ago. She was the most patient, most thorough, most knowledgable partner to have in this nerve-wrecking housing market. Always personable, always funny, and blunt when necessary, Melody made the roller coaster ride enjoyable and exciting despite the lows and hard surprises that come up while house-hunting. I should also say that I know we were not the easiest clients (she got us into contract twice and we backed out twice (two different houses!) before we finally found the right one) and she had our backs the entire time. We can't recommend her enough.

Melody helped me both purchase and then sell my beautiful duplex in Emeryville (8 years later). Highly Recommend her! She negotiated my very competitive purchase against 10 offers and still managed to negotiate extra items with the seller. When it was time to sell, she advised me on how to prepare the property to look it's best and we received multiple offers in less than 10 days on market.
