Merrick Rutledge

Merrick is a proud lifelong Western Washington resident. He was born in Edmonds and grew up in North Everett. He graduated from Washington State, where he played lacrosse, with a degree in Entrepreneurship from the Carson College of Business. After college, He moved to Colorado for a year and a half but returned to be closer to the amazing friends and family he has here.

Merrick’s parents still live in North Everett, in the house he grew up in. His dad works for a ministry in Shoreline and his mom works at the local elementary school. He has a younger brother and sister. His sister is an alum of Washington State as well, and his brother plays football and lacrosse for the University of Puget Sound.

Currently, Merrick lives in the View Ridge neighborhood of Seattle with several friends of his. They are all extroverted and love to have people over and host celebrations. In the winters you can usually find him on the mountain, skiing, or snowboarding. Merrick loves to travel and has the goal to make it to a new country every year. This summer he is getting married to his fiancé Kelsey in Puyallup.
