For over ten years, Michael Braxton has had a deep, personal connection to Sun City Oro Valley, an Active Adult Community near Tucson, Arizona. In fact, he hand-picked this neighborhood for his own mother and bought her a retirement home there. He will be retiring in SCOV himself someday but in the meantime, he is dedicated to the Sun City Oro Vistoso/Oro Valley community, his neighbors there and unparalleled lifestyle SCOV offers. He has toured all the forty-six floor plans in the neighborhood and always previews every new listing as soon as it becomes available. The strong relationships he has created, and the power of networking is so instrumental in helping to making sure his clients are the first to know of recent activity and upcoming listings - often before they even hit the market. Prompt service and authentic, genuine care for his clients are his #1 priority.

He recently had the pleasure of collaborating with a lovely client who bought a place in Sun City and the home needed quite a bit of work. As she is a widow and is a little older, she was unable to manage the complete renovation herself. Throughout this summer, he is overseeing the remodel for her; sending her photo updates while she is in Wisconsin with family, ensuring the project is moving along for her and hopefully providing peace of mind for her. His friends have said that he is an authentic, real, and brutally honest person. One of his friends suggested his tag line … “the most authentic REALTOR® in Arizona.” He uses it on all his emails. He is also the guy who can make stuff happen - he has never had the patience to just “wait and see.” Following every detail to ensure completion has always worked better for him. Personal ambition and work ethic has served him very well in his previous career where he spent many years working in the entertainment industry, creating special events and fundraisers for major charities, involving Broadway shows that travel around the world. After 25+ years of success in sales, customer service and client relationship experience, a career in real estate seemed like the most natural progression. Throughout his life, he has had a fascination with real estate – hell, he went to Open Houses just for the fun of it. All the experiences in his lifetime have led him to this career.
