Michael Kearney brings over 20 years of successful sales experience to the Chicago Condo Finder team at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago. A Senior Broker, Michael is well-respected within the Chicago brokerage community and a trusted advisor to his clients and colleagues.

In 2008, after relocating to Chicago from Belfast, Ireland to live with his wife Christine, Michael joined the Tarara Group, a thriving residential real estate team and found a new career in the world of real estate.

Drawing upon his corporate sales and management experience during his tenure with a subsidiary of Telefonica, and inspired by his studies and major in Interior Architecture at Napier University in Edinburgh, Scotland, Michael had finally found his 'home'.

Michael moved quickly in those early years establishing himself not only as a valued broker, but manager of the sales team and liaison to the group's 500+ client base. He successfully headed the Real Estate Owned (REO) business of Wells Fargo N.A., as its exclusive Chicago representative; a role custom made for his sharp organizational skills, business acumen and attention to detail.

As the Wells Fargo partnership winded down and the properties were sold, the opportunity came to represent Inland Corp with their planned $60 Million dollar new construction project. Over the course of 5 years, Michael oversaw the daily business operations, including the coordination and communication of all prospective buyers throughout the buying process. With leads & prospects in excess of 4,000+, his style and easy-going approach was key to this highly successful development and sell-out.
