Michael is the best! As a first-time homebuyer, he was patient and thoroughly explained what I needed to know. He openly and honestly answered any questions I had along the way. He knows neighborhoods and property details and was intentional in the properties he suggested (based on my criteria). I had a firm cap on what I wanted to spend and he never once crossed that boundary by suggesting or showing a property that was over my budget. Michael was also tremendously helpful in finding a lender, homes insurance company, and property inspectors. I feel like he saved me a lot of time and headache having to figure out those other pieces on my own. He was incredibly responsive and he was available via phone, email, or text. I will recruit Michael’s help whenever I buy and/or sell any other properties in Philadelphia. A solid 10 out of 10!

I met Michael back on November as I was on search of a real estate agent! I looked up different agents on google and cane across Michaels page and let me tell you it’s was the best real estate decision I have ever made!

Micheal, is one realtor who made looking for a home fun. There were times when I gave up looking for a home, but Micheal didn’t give up on me and my search for a home. He will listen to you and jot down any specific information you want in a home, he will give you his honest review about a home and allow you make your decision, he gives you time to process any information you don’t understand and he is ready to answer all your questions at anytime of the day. he doesn’t make it all about his pocket, instead he prefer to build a trust between the two of you , he will work hand in hand and always create time for you to check a home. Michael Was very professional and a super pleasure to work with, he went above and beyond his call of duty, he was very attentive to what I was looking for and found me the the perfect home for me and my family. Michael answered all my questions and advocated for my best octcome in this purchase. Michael was super patient with me and I know I was a pain couldn’t make my mind up he always talked to me with a reassuring tone letting me know don’t rush take ya time don’t and just pick the first one you see make sure it’s your dream home. I recently found the need and desire to purchase a home. I spoke to a lot of different realtors that showed me a variety of homes until I found Michael. When making such a large decision, I wanted to work with someone that I could trust. Throughout the past several months, Michael has been there every step of the way. He has always answered every call or text no matter what time of day or night it was. His professionalism, mentorship, knowledge, honesty, and hard work ethic are much respected and appreciated. Michael Olubajo came highly recommended and he made my first-time home-buying process a breeze. He let me know what I needed to have done before looking at houses (in order to be competitive) and offered a great selection of houses within the area and price range I was looking for. While looking for homes he took measurements and videos so that I would remember the process and make more informed decisions. He is highly responsive and quickly processed the necessary paperwork at offering. Michael also took the time to walk me through my estimated costs due at closing so that I understood the next steps.

I would absolutely would recommend Michael as a realtor. As a first time homebuyer and real estate investor (who is also out-of-state), I was very apprehensive about the homebuying process, but Michael's expertise assuaged any unease. He goes the extra mile and follows up diligently with title companies, lenders, and seller agents as needed. He is extremely responsive and it is clear he knows the market very well. Strong work ethic and very knowledgeable.

Where to start? My realtor Michael is by far the best realtor. He went above and beyond for us. From the beginning to the end. It was hard for my wife and I to find the right house that fits our budget for a first time home buyer. My realtor made sure that we get the house that we really want and also made sure that we do not get discourage. Always there to respond to all our request and at anytime too. He was always punctual to our appointments. We finally found the house after two months. Without him this wouldn’t be possible. Thanks for all your help Michael !!!

Prior to meeting Michael I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with realtors who were impatient, incompetent, and inconsistent. I decided to give my search another chance and when I met Michael he took his time to explain each and every step to me . He was able to find homes that fit my exact criteria . He is extremely patient and very knowledgeable and always has a follow up solution in the event that things don’t go as planned. Without Mike I don’t know if I would have ever found a home I loved. In less than 60 days we found a home and closed. Mike negotiated and fought for all things that were in my best interest. Mike is firm and knowledgeable during negotiations. I also had an issue with my lender and he was able to assist me with resolving the matter to avoid delaying settlement. Buying a home can be an emotional process for both the buyer and the seller,Mike was the agent I needed! Thanks again Mike for all of your help .
