Michael Onufer brings his passion for entrepreneurship to his work as Founder and President of San Francisco-based New Eagle Real Estate Group, now New Eagle Properties. For more than 20 years, Mike has been servicing Real Estate and related industries, specializing in Commercial/Investment Sales, Retail Leasing, and Restaurant Sales.
Mike began his work in the industry as founder of JEM Property Management in Pennsylvania and worked with One World Real Estate & Finance in Los Angeles. In 2001, Mike co-founded high-tech firm Shoom, Inc. managing web-based applications and e-commerce in the U.S. and abroad and spent 15 years as Director of Radio & Records’ technical departments. With this wealth of experience from a diverse career, Mike has a unique perspective and knowledge for meeting his Clients’ diverse needs.
Mike's dedication to community service includes participation in San Francisco’s ADA Committee, Veterans’ Epilepsy Support Group, Sea Shepard, and Heal the Bay. Mike has also spent seven years as a Big Brother to kids in need.
Mike holds a Bachelor of Information/Business from Coleman University and University, is an NAR Certified Investment Specialist and NCREA Certified Real Estate Investment Planning Specialist. He was awarded the United States Naval Achievement Medal and a Letter of Commendation from the Pacific Fleet Commander for his exemplary military service.
