Mike Sadler was born and raised in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin . While studying business in school he developed entrepreneurial skills which helped him establish a dedication for helping others. After finishing his studies he launched his career in the service industry; venturing from restaurant chef to stock broker in Boca Raton, Florida.

Mike's family owned a winter home in Fort Myers and he vacationed there often, getting a taste of the weather, and all the outdoor activities in the area. In 1994, he obtained his real estate license and a few years later made SW Florida his permanent home. He enjoys living the Florida lifestyle and having easy access to waterways which allow him to fish and boat frequently!
