Michael Talmadge

Michael Talmadge is Executive Vice President of Echelon Real Estate Services, LLC. He is responsible for institutional building sales and tenant representation services for clients who are looking to buy a building or lease space. Mike also provides landlord representation services for Institutional + Private Family Trusts, which include: Franklin Templeton Investors, TIAA-CREF and JS Karlton Company. He has over 26 years of commercial real estate experience, has leased over 6.5 million RSF of space, and has completed over $190 million in building sales. He has been in the Tampa Bay area since 1991 and is, year after year, one of the top producing brokers in this area. No one works harder than Mike to represent the interest of his clients.
