About Michael

I am not only a Realtor, but a native Austinite and investor who can advise you on where to buy or at what price to sell your home. I primarily work with 1st time home buyers, sellers and frequently work with local & out of state investors and have helped several purchase properties sight unseen. I provide them with detailed analysis of the value of the potential purchase, and an analysis of the rental market in the immediate area of the house.

Micheal helped me buy my home in Texas while I was living in Washington and going to school. He did all the footwork on looking at homes I found on the websites, sending me homes he thought I might like, checking out schools for my disabled daughter and ultimately held my hand while we closed. If I were ever going to sell my home, I would list with him and if I ever were going to buy another home, like I am looking to do for investment reasons, I would DEFINITELY use Michael again! 08/06/2014 - squirellydee Bought a home in 2012.
