Michele Sullivan’s passion is real estate. Michele earned her real estate license in 1999 and her broker’s license in 2006. Prior to joining Douglas Elliman, Michele owned World Luxury Homes, where she was able to hone her skills running her own real estate brokerage. “My longevity in the industry has enabled me to garner unparalleled knowledge and a skill set that can be tailored to each individual client. I know all there is to know about the luxury communities in Las Vegas and that gives me an edge in the luxury market.” Michele doesn’t just do residential. She also deals with land, commercial, and industrial properties as well. Thanks in part to her deep connections with big-name investors and major banks, Michele has become the go-to specialist for large corporations and major gaming and casino companies looking to expand their operations and relocate their corporate CEOs and executives. Her roster of clients includes a wide variety of high- profile athletes, celebrities and business leaders across a multitude of industries.
Always on the go and searching for new opportunities in real estate, Michele recently identified a trend of people leaving California spurred by investment opportunities in Las Vegas. Now licensed to practice in California, Michele is able to make her clients’ transition easier than ever. “It makes sense to serve SoCal as well. A lot of high net-worth clients are looking to relocate to Las Vegas, many of whom still wish to spend their summers in California. There is a massive crossover between the two markets.” When she is not working hard for her clients, Michele can be found boxing at the gym or practicing for Spartan competitions. She is a proud member of the RPAC President’s Circle and a regular contributor to various non-profit organizations throughout Southern Nevada, such as Make-A-Wish Foundation and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. “I set a personal goal to do what I can each year to give back and do my part in making this community a wonderful place to call home.”
