Michelle started her real estate career in Santa Monica, California in 1993, where she was born and raised. After serving four years in the U.S. Air Force at the Pentagon, Michelle forged a career in marketing and technology, starting her first business, a software development company, at age 23 with four partners. After selling that company, she took a break to pursue her love of real estate, quickly becoming an award-winning Top 5% agent in her area, until she married and moved to Maryland in 2000. Michelle returned to her technology roots as a marketing executive in the healthcare and mortgage industries, until her retirement from "corporate" in 2021. During COVID, she returned to her love of real estate, choosing the number one team in Maryland at the number one company in the country, the Bob Lucido Team of Keller Williams. A prolific real estate professional who connects easily and professionally with everyone she meets, She created the Dinner and Downsizing event she hosts annually, is a Senior Real Estate Specialist, a Certified Real Estate Negotiator and a published book author and writer of The Real Estate Advisor column. In her first year, Michelle sold over 30 homes earning her "Rookie of the Year", and was the top agent on the team in 2024, earning 7 awards recognizing her professional achievements. All of that is a result of her unyielding passion for serving her clients, well beyond the transaction. With a background in executive level communication and marketing, Michelle comes from a perspective of her clients most important needs: "I provide information, answers and a plan so you can make the best decision possible for you and your family." A now 23-year Marylander, Michelle and her loan officer husband, Greg Boucher, live with their son, Luke, in Elkridge, Maryland.
