Michelle Howland is a veteran real estate professional specializing in marketing -end residential and waterfront properties throughout South Florida. In December of 2015, she represented the Buyer and the Seller in the highest sale ever in Broward County and this sale is still the highest in Fort Lauderdale.

Beyond the work day, Michelle is very Fort Lauderdale’s philanthropic community is particularly devoted to local arts cultural initiatives animal care. Presently, she serves on the board of Broward Performing Arts Foundation, the NSU Museum of Art, PAWS the Humane Society of Broward County.
