We chose Michelle to be our realtor agent and had a great experience. She very actively looked for homes for over 3 months. We especially appreciated Michelle's remarkable level of detail about the market and we ended up successfully purchasing the home of our dream. Why we liked working with Michelle: 1. Michelle sent us lists of new homes as soon as they come on the market. 2. Michelle was always available to us and would always promptly respond to calls. 3. Michelle was amazing with dealing with our changing needs and wants when trying to find a place. 4. Michelle was always on time for appointments with positive energy. 5. She also was more knowledgeable about mortgages than our actual loan officer. 6. Michelle did not push us into homes nor did she push us away from homes. Instead she asked us how we felt about the home after each visit and let us come to our own decisions. I'd strongly recommend Michelle Lynch to my friends, colleagues, and anyone who is looking to buy a home. Her calm warm and friendly demeanor will put you at ease and make your home buying experience wonderful!

So glad we found Michelle!!! It doesn't take much time with her before you realize she's not only knowledgeable about marketing and selling homes, but she's also an incredibly likable person whom you can TRUST. I have heard horror stories from friends and family about what it's like working with a Real Estate Agent and experienced some of it on my own when I first purchased my home (with another Agent).... How they were always pushing their agenda instead of listening to what the client need was, how they start off with great communication and then once the contract is signed you can't get them to answer their phone.... Or how they lack any negotiating skills and basically cower to whatever the other party wants.... Michelle was none of those things. She was available for us at any hour of the day, any day of the week., and always with a smile and a warm greeting. She has a way of making you feel like family. And while she's always pleasant and warm, she's fearless when it comes to defending her clients and negotiating on your behalf. She got us more for our house than we even expected, her marketing and staging skills were top notch, the effort she put into her work was so pleasing to us. So professional! Can't go wrong with this one!!

While you know she is also working with other clients, she does an incredible job of making you feel like you're her highest priority.
