Michelle Palomo

Michelle graduated with a BA in Mass Communications and started working in the Trade Show Industry as a meeting planner and selling trade show space before joining Mike Severin, the owner of The Ashburn Team, in 2007 and has been successfully helping clients buy and sell homes in Northern Virginia ever since.

Having been born and raised in Northern Virginia, Michelle’s Real Estate knowledge and expertise spans many of the local markets including Loudoun County, Fairfax County, Prince William County, Arlington, and Alexandria.
Michelle helps her Buyers and Sellers navigate through the process of buying and selling homes from start to finish in all aspects of real estate and has successfully negotiated over one hundred transactions for her clients. From new construction, resale, million-plus dollar homes, condominiums, tear-down investment properties, and property with acreage, Michelle’s 13 years of experience have landed her in about any type of transaction you can imagine.

Consistently exceeding clients’ expectations and her professionalism with colleagues has landed Michelle high marks in the Northern Virginia Real Estate Community. She has the Real Estate Action Council and prides herself on being able to help a wide range of clients no matter what their needs and expectations.

Michelle currently resides in the Town of Leesburg with her Husband Cris and two children. Being an active participant in the local community and schools is important to Michelle and a priority. Real Estate is not a job, it is a passion and it touches all aspects of Michelle’s daily life, and she wouldn’t have it any other way.
