Michelle is one of the best realtors I have ever had. She would take the time out of her day up all night to help me find a home. She answered questions any time of the day and always gave an answer or pointed in the right direction. I appreciate everything she has done and as soon as I need another Realtor she will be my first call, she will be my recommendation to everyone. She takes the time out of her day to help you as a person and not just another dollar sign. Thank you Michelle for everything you did.

We listed our deceased's father mobile home, which was situate on a beautiful large property. Unfortunately, most banks won't mortgage Mobile Homes unless they were double-wide. Many times I was discouraged, but Michele would always say that "there is a buyer for every house". Sure enough, she was right.
Michele was professional in every way. She answered our questions always and she was extremely responsive.
Settlement/Closing was a breeze.
We would definitely choose her again!

From the first time I met Ms.Urgo I knew we were going to have a good experience. She was very nice open and honest. When I would reach out to her if she didn't answer, she would respond either later on that night or the next day. She was always on time for the showings. I was very specific in the type of house we were looking for, and she did her best to find it.AND SHE DID. We went on a rollercoaster ride in the end that we both wished would stop. But Ms.Urgo never stopped encouraging me not to give up hope.I am now a proud homeowner and I owe it all to her. She's a blessing to me and my family.
