Working with Mike (and Jean Duggan) has been an extraordinary experience. From start to finish, they were supportive, helpful, and genuinely kind—constantly checking in, keeping me informed, and going above and beyond in every way.

Their professionalism is unmatched, their patience is beyond, and what stood out most was how truly understood and cared for I felt throughout the entire process. It took me several years to find exactly what I was looking for, and they never wavered. They stuck it out with me, listened carefully, advocated for me, and made sure every step felt clear and manageable.

There is absolutely no one I would recommend more. You truly cannot go wrong choosing Mike and Jean. If you want a realtor team that is knowledgeable, responsive, steady, and deeply committed to their clients, they are it.

Exceptional Service and Dedication - Mike Delivered Every Step of the Way. Mike was an outstanding real estate agent who went above and beyond in selling my parents’ home during tough market conditions. From the start, he demonstrated a solid grasp of how to manage the entire process with professionalism and care. His marketing strategy was solid - he knew exactly how to position the house to attract the right buyers.

What really stood out was his hands-on approach. Mike coordinated vendors to make thoughtful upgrades that enhanced the home’s appeal. After my parents moved out and the house was vacant during the selling period—he consistently checked in on the property, ensuring it remained in great shape throughout the listing period.

Amazing Real Estate Professional. Mike and Jean Duggan are a professional, experienced, and knowledgeable team. Great market knowledge and marketing skills. A Great Experience. Mike and his team were a huge help---and we wouldn't pick anyone else. Mike understood our neighborhood and the house very well, and helped guide us through the whole process, and was always available for questions and concerns. Mike and his associates went the extra mile often, stopping by to shovel snow and make sure the house was ok while we were away. We would 100% Mike and his team again, and we strongly recommend them for buying or selling a house.

Always amazing!! This is the 3rd home that we have used Mike and Jean Duggan to help us buy and sell. We would not even consider using anyone else. They respond to my seemingly endless questions promptly and always lets me know that it is OK to continue to ask more questions. Mike and Jean are honest about what we can expect in the many aspects of selling and buying a home. They understand and are able to explain the fine print in the paperwork that needs to be signed. Mike and Jean also have a contact for anything we need to take care of for the sale of our home; i.e. someone to help stage the home, someone to help with a tree removal, someone to help with concrete adjustments. Mike and Jean Duggan are by far the most knowledgeable, and best realty team!
