Mike Marinella

Mike Marinella has been a real estate professional since 1973. He joined Westlake Associates, Inc. in March of 1996 and became a Partner just two years later in 1998. Mr. Marinellas primary focus is the listing and sale of existing apartment buildings, office and retail investment properties and land for apartments and condominiums. In 20 transactions, he resold property for his original client. His brokerage clients include individual investors, developers, syndicators, condominium converters, financial institutions and the bankruptcy court.
