About Mike

Michael Seamon is a broker associate with Premier Sotheby's International Realty and ranks in the top 1 percent of REALTORS®. Originally from Minneapolis, Minnesota, he has lived on Longboat Key for nearly 20 years. Mike earned his MBA from Regis University in Denver, Colorado and completed his undergraduate work at St. Cloud State University and the University of Minnesota.

He brings more than 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. Mike is a member of the Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers as well as the REBI and SRES councils. He has earned a number of specialized real estate accreditations and is also a licensed Florida CPA.

Prior to moving to Longboat Key, Mike was a practicing CPA at both Deloitte & Touche and Ernst & Young; and subsequently at his private firm assisting REITs, limited partnerships and investor groups with transactional structuring, acquisition negotiations, financing and valuations. Real estate, whether the vacation condominium or beachfront estate, has been and is a passion for him. At Premier Sotheby's International Realty, Mike is able to share his vast knowledge of real estate with his clients. The cornerstones of Mike's success are built around his integrity, thoroughness, and professionalism, along with a dash of creativity.

He has served in the local community in a variety of capacities including serving on Longboat Key's pension board, United States Coast Guard Auxiliary, beach and waterway restoration projects and he currently serves on Longboat Key's Foundation board. When it is not real estate, Mike and his wife Cyndi enjoy the island lifestyle whether it be beach, boat, golf, biking, kayaking or as they have more recently discovered, pickleball. Both are avid sailors and divers and are ready to give a hand with any worthy project.
