We reached out to Milissa during a very difficult life stage; new baby, new jobs, the interest rates were going off the charts and we needed to move closer to family for support. We had started the process of building a new home, so the sale of our old home was time sensitive, adding to our stress.

Milissa listened to our needs and wants, painted the picture of what the process would look like, and as we watched our house sit on the market, she reassured us of our strategy and to be patient. She was incredibly responsive and put our minds at ease when anxiety kicked in. She worked so hard for us and adjusted our strategy when we were ready. She made the process easy, was super candid and professional, and had great recommendations - she even got someone out to do some light yard work for us within HOURS of meeting with us initially.

If I ever find myself needing to buy, or sell or if friends or family need a referral, I would absolutely recommend Milissa Alonso.

Milissa, is so much more than a realtor, she brings forth truth, realism and integrity when she represents you as a client! Let's just say as repeat clients, I asked her to represent me as a single person she did wonders! I placed a contract on a brand-new townhouse in 2012 and we bid down! Then when I got married, my husband had a property to be sold as a single person, she sold it for him within 2 weeks! We then purchased our together home and we bid down on a beautiful 5 bedroom, 3 full bath 2 half bath with a second full kitchen!!!!! Lastly, 2 years later and because we are outdoors people and needed more space outdoors to grow (even though we were on a 1+ acre subdivision) with the current house, she was up for the challenge. She said lets find you a farmette! She did! We have been happy with our farmette, living our best life and even opening a business as a farmer stand and have craft shows over Maryland! We love her! We recommend for her services over and over again! She is the real deal! No, we aren't family by blood affiliated but dang, she is awesome and is family to us! She has helped us sell and buy 7 properties, we are family!!! Oh yeah, her design skills are off the chain, she helped us renovate our last property, every bit of it!!!
