Being first time home buyers from out of state made it scary to settle down and buy our first home. Milton helped up look at numerous neighborhoods, different style homes, and made himself available at odd hours to accommodate our working schedules. He had incredible foresight and would call listing agents to ask our questions before we had them. We saw A LOT of homes, with times raging 7am - 9pm. We would have to bring our small children with us, and Milton would help entertain them so we could dissect homes. We ended up going with a new build and were under contract for almost 7months. During that time Milton was our liaison with the builder, and every time we wanted to see the progress of our new home he would make himself available. Even after closing he has continued to go above and beyond for us. We are confident that Milton is one of a kind, no other realtor invests the time he gives to his clients. There was never a time we felt pressured to do something we weren't comfortable with, and not once did we feel like Milton was annoyed by our multiple failed offers on houses. We feel so lucky that our paths crossed, and know Milton is the only realtor we will ever use!

My wife and I purchased, and subsequently sold, our first home with Milton as our real estate agent. I can not say enough about the business knowledge, professionalism, integrity, and dedication he possesses. Throughout the buying and selling experience he was able to walk us through the process step by step, and explain it in a way that was easy to comprehend for first time homeowners. He was always available, and worked tirelessly to make sure our we got the best best deal possible. During the selling process we faced a few setbacks, but thanks to Milton, we were able to rebound. He truly went above and beyond. We couldn't have done it without his help!

I would recommend him to any family, or friend looking to enter the market!

Cant speak more highly of this realtor. He went above and beyond to help me find my first home. I swear I dragged him to 50+ houses and had him driving to every single part of Kck and kcmo until we found the perfect place. I put off buying a home because I was overwhelmed with the whole process. Milt couldn’t have made it easier or more approachable for me. He provided so many resources to help me through the process. Years down the road if I decide to look for a new place, he’s the man im calling. Until then, I’m one ecstatic customer,
