I worked with Kayley Tylman and team L’Hoste to purchase our house recently and it was an absolute pleasure! We are a military family and we were buying our home sight unseen (scary, I know) so we could move our children and get them settled in to school before it started. I was nervous but once I talked to Kayley I had COMPLETE faith and trust in her. She was always looking out for our best interest and was always advocating for us. She toured many homes and we would video chat or she would send a video. She would video the neighborhood also so we could get a feel for the area. We ended up getting the first house we made an offer on in a competitive market, her negotiation skills are top notch! I really enjoyed working with Missy L’Hoste and Kayley Tylman. Not only did we find the right home on the water, but we feel like we made our first real friends in the Ocean View area. Most of the day to day was managed by Kayley, and my wife and I were both impressed by how professional, responsive and attentive she was. Moving day was also closing day, and I had the wrong time in mind for closing. Kayley heard me mention the closing time, realized later I had it wrong and immediately texted me to make sure I was there at the proper time. Sometimes in life you have to go through hell to make your way to heaven. When I decided to sell my home I didn't there would ever be any issues I thought it would be a smooth transition. I trusted someone I thought I knew to sell my home. This was one of the biggest mistakes i could possibly make. After four months of a battle between a buyer that never had any intentions of buying I fired my realtor and started my search for a new one. There were many interviews on this day and Only one person really stood out. Missy L'hoste. She was a boss. That's exactly what I needed at that time. We sat for a while and I was convinced that she had what it took to make things happen. Missy is focused and determined to reach her end goal no matter what it takes. We bumped heads along the way but in the end I learned from her and she learned from me. A day is wasted without a lessoned learned. We were more then broker and seller/buyer we were the missing pieces we needed in one another's life. Missy sold my home for top dollar. The search began for me to buy. This was very hard for me do. Things fell through on the mortgage which caused my delay. Through it all Missy was there. I got my dream home and couldn't be happier. My sons and I are blessed to be in this neighborhood and be safe. My experience has me refer Missy and her team and I will most definitely be using them in the future. Thank you Missy for helping me find my piece of heaven ❤. I have to mention Sean is great too 🤩.

I was able to work with Missy and her team when a family member sold their home and bought a new home. Missy helped them sell and buy their home and I have to say the experience was efficient and seamless. I helped my sister in law with the home loan for her purchase and time was so crucial. They needed funds from the sale of their current home in order to purchase a new home so all the pieces had to come together perfectly. Needless to say we were able to close early and this wouldn't have been the case if Missy, Sean and their L'Hoste team weren't on it. They communicated every step of the way and they were able to get my sister in law her new home at a price where she already had equity upon the purchase (per appraisal). With such an experience I've decided to use her team to help me with a purchase of a few homes near my sister in law! Missy's Team made all the difference in selling my house. If she had not been directly involved I would not have gotten Top Dollar for my house. My Renters left the house in terrible condition. I actually didn’t know where to begin with sharing our home search experience with Sean and Missy. First of all our home search was not an easy one. We had a very specific location of need. Also being 1 1/2 hrs away and only afternoon appointments was another issue.
Sean was absolutely amazing! He showed us the perfect priced homes that took in all of our specific needs. We finally found the one!
Thru the offer, acceptance, inspection, walkthrough and closing Sean was always available for questions and direction. I knew he would always answer my phone calls or texts. And top that off with my son really liking Sean. That was a big deal to me:)
