They went above and beyond to help my process feel easy! MJ and everyone who helped with my home purchase were on top of everything and answered my questions before I could even ask them. As a first time home buyer I was really nervous about not knowing what I was doing, and being overwhelmed by the process. Luckily with MJ I never felt that I was on my own or in the dark about any steps. She perfectly laid out every step of the process and walked me through it. I’ll never consider another realtor for any of my future needs!

Wonderful experience. To say we’ve had some unfortunate situations dealing with real estate would be an understatement. Kimberly listened to our concerns and guided us the entire way. Every little question we had was met with understanding and urgency. Buying or selling a home can easily be overwhelming. I have found someone who instantly took the stress from our shoulders and made it into an enjoyable experience. Ron Bie, did a fantastic job representing my husband and I as this was our first time purchasing a home. He fought for what he felt was right for us and looked for the best solution. My husband and I have done the best we can to educate ourselves but without Ron we would have felt uneasy and unsure. It’s a long time commitment to something and we’re happy we chose to partner up with Ron for this milestone. I plan on working with Ron again in the future. Great experience. I worked with MJ with EXP realty, and I had a great experience for my first home buying. I wish that there was a little more information about the whole process that was given to me throughout it but I try to be very thorough (more than necessary sometimes) and MJ did have some very simple and easy to understand layouts for me. That being said MJ was very helpful and patient with all my questions and doing her best to answer them all and making sure she had the right information for me,

MJ - hands down has been the best realtor I’ve ever worked with. We have bought several homes in our lifetime, and in various locations. I’ve even served as a realtor myself, and MJ blows everyone else out of the water! We relocated to Alaska from Florida and we were referred to a “relocation specialist” that our employer company recommended. Little did we know then just how well we’d be looked out for. Originally we worked with MJ long distance prior to our arrival. She checked in on us as time passed and as we made our way to our final destination, driving 4,400 miles. Not only was she helping us house hunt, but she is always a source of useful information. While en route, MJ and her team even did personal virtual tours for us on homes we were strongly considering. Nothing was a big ask for her. Upon arrival we quickly realized how competitive the market in Alaska can be, but MJ knew exactly how to prep winning offers. After some set backs (not due to anyone else’s efforts), we finally found our dream home with land. And when that door finally opened, MJ totally understood just how important this deal was to us, and just what we struggled through in order to find THE PERFECT PLACE. When that time came she had the perfect offer written immediately. Everything went so smoothly that I had zero anxiety or stress working through the closing process, even though some small things are done a bit differently here. MJ always had the right answers to solve any issues or answer questions, and if she didn’t, she never hesitated to get the right one. MJ is well-versed in realtor services, procedure, contracts and regulation. She’s on top of things and won’t disappear on you in the middle of your house hunting journey. She is dedicated and full of wonderful energy! I highly, HIGHLY recommend MJ and her team for all your real estate needs. I know I plan to work with her again for future investment plans.

Incredibly impressed with Key Realty Group, more specifically MJ Motta. This was my first home buying experience and she made it so easy and really helped break everything down to the simplest form to make it easy for a new buyer to understand. She continuously had great communication for a purchase halfway across the world and a 4 hour time difference. Made it very easy for a military move that needed to be completed in a timely manner.
