We've got lucky to find Mohamed! And he guided us through the house buying process like a knife through butter! He is proactive and supporting, very kind and available. With him the process of buying a house is a pleasure (don't get me wrong: it still requires effort from your side to pick the house and go through the process, but at least it will be a well guided effort). And it took a bit more than a month to went from remote choosing to remote closing (CA-FL)! So I do recommend Mohamed as your first and last stop on a jurney to find your dream house!)

I want to say hands down for the time and effort Mohamed has put in the find us the perfect house for us. We were really picky in trying to find what fits us perfectly, and he got ready right away. No matter how many times we wanted to keep looking he didn’t give up. We found a beautiful house in Auburndale, with a nice neighborhood that’s clean. On top of everything, we recommended him to some of my family members that were moving to Florida and he also gave them the best go treatments that anyone can ever ask for. I’ve bought enough houses in my lifetime, Mohamed is one of the best realtors that I ever dealt with in my life!! If I ever plan on changing my scenery I know definitely who the right person to call!!!

MR. Mashhour, was not jusr a realtor he was above and beyond that, he was looking after my investment. Following up with construction progress and giving his best advise for my best interest, for that I wish there is a 10 stars to show my appreciation to his efforts that ended up with big winnings in my investing, his advises were a trusted and to the point of I don't need to check or ask why, very honest trustworthy and genuine person, it was pleasure working With Mr. Mashhour and would always recommend his services and advice. On the other hand he is a family man caring and generous with his clients, it took me one phone call with him to feel his caring character not like most of other Realtors I delt with who set back relax and wait for the Commission.
