Molly Olen

With over 500 homes sold in her career year to date, Molly Olen has shown with her track record she is serious when it comes to her clients and business. Molly most recently received the Top Producer Award for 2014-2024 from the San Diego Association of Realtors. She was born and raised in San Diego California. She attended San Diego State University and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.A. in International Business and minors in Spanish, Marketing, and Finance. She first entered the real estate business working at the commercial real estate firm, CB Richard Ellis. Molly assisted in the leasing and sale of office space for biotech companies in San Diego. Molly found her calling in the residential real estate market and assisted in the management and sale of foreclosures from Bank of America direct. She later went on to assist in the disposition of foreclosed assets from Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Chase, Citi Mortgage, GMAC and US Bank. Over the last year, she has assisted in the successful close of over 16.8 million dollars of real estate in San Diego County. Molly has assisted investors in the acquisitions of their flip projects and rental homes at auction and through various channels. She works closely with selective first-time and move-up buyers, and has been a certified corporate relocation agent for over 10 years, expertly facilitating major corporate moves in and out of San Diego for leading biotech and technology firms as well as top companies across the region. She partners with sellers to maximize their proceeds by advising on staging, remodeling, and repositioning homes for top market value.
