Amazing agent!!! After originally listing my home with Monica in 2021, I had to remove it from the market due to extenuating circumstances during my divorce. Monica put so much time and effort during that time that went unrequited. We had multiple offers and lost buyers due to my soon to be ex-husband's reluctance to sell. Again in 2023, after obtaining a court order, Monica re-listed the home without hesitation. I felt it was only right that she be the first one offered to list the home after all of her previous efforts. Finally, after much difficulty again with the sale of the home during the divorce proceedings and with an unreasonable ex-husband, Monica persevered and was able to get the sale finalized and escrow closed in early 2024. The sale of my home was no ordinary feat, I believe we were in escrow a record number of times and lost buyer after buyer. Monica went above and beyond in so many ways. There are no words that can adequately describe what an amazing job Monica did!!

Monica is the best. I wanted to move, decided not to and waited a year before I sold. She showed lots of properties and when I put off the sale of my home - she was ready to pick up where we left off!

She just sold my home in Merced and the buyers were a bit...difficult. She never lost her patience (unlike me) and worked to make the sale seamless and as easy as possible. Her pricing was spot on, her sense of humor is wonderful and her attention to detail is amazing.

I would use Monica again if given the chance. I referred her to a friend who had the exact same experience I did! Please use Monica for all your real estate needs.

I have known Monica since I was young, I was looking to be buying a house and I knew right away who was going to be my realtor. Monica was so great on finding us a perfect first home for us. We found our home in under 2 weeks of looking, she was always sending us all of our paperwork to sign ahead of time and always informed us when it was due and what it meant to what we were signing. She never let us down and did everything she was possibly able to do to make sure we got into the house we wanted. She is the perfect realtor and a perfect friend! Just finished selling our home in Atwater with Monica’s help. Her knowledge of the real estate market locally, and grasp of all the technical aspects of the process was invaluable. This was especially true since the buyer of our house needed to sell their house first, but Monica managed both sales smoothly.
