The automatic announcements of available apartments in the areas of my preferene per e-mail worked extremely well. Any reaction with my slot availability resulted in an immediate follow up by Monica. Monica was a blessing to us. She was very intuitive when we described what we were looking for. She quickly found a property in the neighborhood we targeted. When we went to see the property it was perfect. It was the first property that she showed us and she hit it right on the head, it was just what we were looking for.

Monica quickly helped us make our offer and submit the required paperwork. She kept us informed on the status of our application, and promptly sent us electronically the lease documents that we were to submit. She kept us updated every step of the way.
