Moving from home is always an uncertain feeling. This was our first real-estate transaction. We've inquired about many potential properties, but encountered very off-putting agents who didn't seem to really care or want to understand our needs or concerns. Monika was the first person who made it seem as if we had been friends for ever. She is great at communicating with us and even when she isn't sure of an answer she gets back right away with a useful response or an informative resource.
