About Ms. Tammy

A lifelong resident of Berkeley County, West Virginia, Tammy has many connections in and outside the real estate industry. She works alongside many in the field and has for more than five years. Tammy found a love for real estate by witnessing the excitement and joy of buyers and sellers throughout the process. As a new real estate agent, Tammy also brings over 20 years of marketing knowledge and experience to assist with her clients' sales needs.

A proud mother of two beautiful daughters, Piper and Haliegh, and an adorable gecko, Aria. Tammy is actively involved with her daughters' education and they share a family bond with their involvement in the Berkeley County Relay for Life organization. She enjoys attending concerts with her children, participating in 5K races and spending time outdoors. Giving back to her community is also a huge priority for Tammy, she has served as a first responder in the volunteer fire service for more than 15 years and continues to support their efforts when called upon.

My wife and i have been looking for our home for our family for a while before meeting Tammy Hess through modern reality. When we first met Tammy and introduced ourselves we all got along so well and we knew from the first day we met that we found our realtor. We searched for months with Tammy's help and had looked at dozens of houses and was sadly unable to get any of them due to being outbid or issues with the home. But Tammy never gave up on finding a perfect home for our little family. We almost gave up completely on looking but Tammy kept us focused on our goal of finally having a home for our family. We finally found a home that had promise and lots of potential for our family and with the thanks of Tammy's commitment, focus and passion for her clients, we was finally able to get an offer accepted and the closing process started. She has been an angel saint sent to help my family and has gone above and beyond to make our dream come true.
