Nothing short of absolutely AMAZING! Nagela Capi went above and beyond all expectations. Communication was excellent. Ambition and drive through the roof. Has the perfect mix of professionalism, friendliness, and aggression needed in a realtor. We are a military family and in a few instances we had no outside family or friends to help but this woman stepped in without hesitation, was there, and did not wavier. Permanent client.

What I admired about Nagela from the beginning was her honesty. She wasn’t just trying to put us in a house. She wanted us to have what we wanted & sometimes that came with a hard truth. We were out of town buyers, sometimes that meant 4 FT calls of house showings in a day but she never hesitated! She was 10000% friendly & helpful no matter what time of day we called or texted her with questions. On closing day we had to be at storage with the movers & close on the house at the same time (not the original plan, but it happened). Nagela didn’t hesitate to take time out of her schedule, miss the closing, so that she could sit with the movers as the finished loaded belongings into the truck, until we finished signing & could return. She was amazing from day 1 and always went the extra mile for us. For that we are forever grateful for her.

As first time home owners Nagela made sure we stayed informed about changes happening and provided us with valuable gems to set us up for success. 10/10 would recommend!!!!

Nagela Capi is the best realtor! I am not kidding or just saying sweet words. She is really the best Realtor! She helped me and my mom for our first home. She will guide you and help you with everything. She is very knowledgeable and professional. I encountered some issues with the builder and she helped me address things for them to make it right. Even after you closed, she is there to answer all your questions and help you. Please if you need a realtor, reach out to her and she will make your homebuying experience the best!

My experience with Capi was extremely wonderful.She was very kind ,responsive and driven with passion.My hand was held every step of the way and all of my questions were answered.I am extremely lost for words.The amount of care that was shown during our search is definitely the reason why I now have a place call home. I definitely had times were I wanted to call it a quits but she reminded me of my goal. I can assure you that she will provide you great quality service and that you will be left as a happy homeowner.
