Copied from my Zillow profile: 11/18/2015 - galitev ~ Bought a Townhouse home in 2015 for approximately $550K in Fountain Valley, CA. Nahi was recommended to us by our banker and we are very happy with the end results. This is our first home and thanks to Nahi the process seemed easy and not that frustrating I was expecting much worst. After we found a home she was diligent and knowledgeable in all aspects of finalizing and closing the deal. We would recommend her to anybody.

Copied from my Zillow profile 09/03/2015 - user9133581 ~ Sold two Single Family homes in 2015 for prices in the mid $500,000 in Long Beach, CA. I contacted Nahi to help me sell two homes that were a result of an inheritance. Both houses are located in Long Beach, were built in the 50's and needed repair/update work before listing. Nahi jumped in feet first in helping me arrange a renovation crew and in providing frequent updates of the listing process through phone, text, and email. Once the houses were listed, she spent an immense amount of time on open houses, following up with buyer's agents for valuable feedback on the properties (if buyers did not offer, why not?), and updated me throughout the entire process. She provided invaluable guidance on how to navigate the negotiation process as well. Nahi's effort spent on increasing curb appeal and taking beautiful, PROFESSIONAL photographs, which we all know is important these days due to online shopping. Both of my houses have both sold successfully, and Nahi continues to impress. She lives up to the same expectation and level of service as laid out in my original review. The buyer and I (the seller) naturally had differing opinions on the pricing of the house, and Nahi gave invaluable advice on how to settle the price and keep the deal alive (without giving the cow away with the milk). Additionally, the buyer's agent was actually located in Northern California and had only visited the house once during the entire process. I mention this seemingly random detail because Nahi worked hard to shield me from some of the needless correspondence coming from an agent who had no local knowledge of the area whatsoever. She made the entire process TRULY stress-free! This is her full-time job, and treats it so; I always felt like I was her priority. I couldn't ask for more from an agent. Fully recommend. LMJ

Nahi was able to overcome a very difficult sale process. She delt honestly and fairly with all involved and went beyond professionalism to become a personal help. We sold our home for above asking price or the suggested price made by other agents. She was relentless in making the sale come about. I would have her on my team every time!

Nahi Abraham represented our family in the sale of a family member house in Huntington Beach. She was very organized and professional which made the transaction flow very smoothly. Her negotiation skills, honesty and diligence throughout took the stress out of what is otherwise a stressful transaction.
