If we could give Nancy Bass more then 5 stars we would. Nancy sold our property when no other realtor was even interested in trying. We were told that we would never get what we still owed on the place, but Nancy had offers on the first day. We listened to Nancy's advice, held out, and she was actually able to sell it for more than we thought we would ever get for it.
We highly recommend Nancy for any and all real estate transactions, and we look forward to working with her in the future for all our real estate needs.

I have used Nancy for 15 years both as a buyer and seller for both personal and investment properties. She is top notch! You won't find a more pleasant and hard working broker/agent. She is always looking out for the best interest of her clients and is an excellent negotiator. We recently closed on a property on the water that was our primary residence. Her team worked hard to make sure everything went as smooth as possible. This wasn't an easy sell, and she overcame every obstacle that was put in her way. It was time to sell my Mother's house. Nancy was the only realtor I called. We had an offer in less than 24 hours. She helped us buy this house about 18 years ago. We were able to buy it because she contacted me as soon as it came on the market and we made the first offer. I've known her over 20 years now and she has helped my family buy and sell multiple houses over the years. She is responsive when we text or call and she has always had options when we encountered challenges (especially dealing with the other party in the deal).
