Good Relationships, Broad Resources

She has earned the designation of "Certified Residential Specialist" which is considered the PhD of Real Estate. This is an elite group of agents, less than 3% nationwide who hold this credential. She has also obtained the designation of “Accredited Buyer’s Representative”. This designation indicates that she has completed the National Association of Realtor’s buyer agency course which closely examines how the agent can best represent a buyer. The course covers legal ramifications, buyer education, market conditions, contract details, and negotiation tactics. With the knowledge learned in taking these classes, she can provide a full menu of services for her clients, whether they are buyers or sellers. Also, she continues her Real Estate education on a regular basis to keep on top of market conditions and legal changes in the industry.
