Nate Stull

My name is Nate Stull. I am primarily an investor based out of the Novi, MI area. I am looking to connect with like minded Investors. Make sure to Friend me and like my Connected Investors profile.

I am a licensed broker thru my company, Prosperous Properties, LLC and a licensed Michigan attorney, the owner of STULL LAW, PLC.

My family and I purchase and rehab homes throughout Metro-Detroit. We also specialize in helping investors purchase portfolios of brick homes in Detroit and apartment buildings.

I grew up in Sanilac County in the thumb of Michigan where I learned the construction trades under the direction of my father and his company, Stull's Construction, LLC. I moved to Detroit in 1998 while attending University of Michigan Law School,, living near 7 Mile and Grand River for 13 years. I am honored to have helped my church start a non-profit community development corporation (www.G7D.org) which ministers on westside of Detroit by providing rental housing and services to community residents and neighbors.

My burning desire is to help families become homeowners and understand budgeting for home maintenance so they are not caught off guard by those untimely repairs. I look forward to working others in the Connected Investors community as help each other make real estate investment goals become a reality.
