Ned was great to work with. He did not hesitate starting the process while I was living overseas, and jumped right in to looking at houses when I arrived in Virginia. He was there to support through the entire home buying process and gave advice as questions came up. His communication was fast and responsive, which was a great help. Ned was absolutely awesome. We were looking in VA with another agent but were unable to find what we needed until we crossed state lines into WV and found our current home. Our previous agent contacted Ned who in turn got in contact with us and had an offer submitted very quickly. His advice along the way ended up being the difference of our offer being accepted and getting the home we were looking for. Afterwards he was Johnny on the spot and took care of questions we had, guided us through the process and made sure all I’s were dotted and all T’s were crossed. This experience only proved to us that he was well experienced in his craft and made sure we were taken care of throughout the entire process!
