Last year during this time we were looking to buy our first home. My husband and I had very specific wants and needs as well as a VA loan so we knew buying a home in this crazy market would not be an easy goal to achieve. We contacted Nere having heard great things about her and started with the process. Nere made us feel very comfortable and did not let us settle on the things that we wanted and needed for our family and first home. Nere helped us find a great lender and had a team of professionals ready to help us when our offer got accepted from home inspections to our loan process Nere was there to help us and hold her hand every step of the way. As a first-time home buyer this process was very new and nerve-wracking for us but we felt very secure having Nere by our side who never let us sit in doubt anyway. We had previously met other real estate agents who did not fit our wants and needs. I originally worked with Nereida four years ago when I bought my first home. She was absolutely wonderful to work with.
