Working with Nick to purchase our first home was an absolute first class experience. Nick is incredibly knowledgeable about the San Diego market, what to look for as far as needed repairs in a showing and most importantly how to land an accepted offer in such a competitive market.

With so many offers on the house we ended up purchasing, I’m not sure we would have secured the sale without Nick’s diligent work convincing the selling agent we were the right buyer.

Before finding Nick we worked with a couple different real estate agents that seemed to be good fit. However, when we met Nick at an open house we knew his knowledge, kind approach and closing ability was far beyond our previous contacts.

I've known Nick Roatsart for a while and this is why we used him, he is very respectful, mature, diplomatic, and all these great things in a human being and this is why my family chose him because he is a hard worker he is honest and he spent a lot of time finding exactly what we wanted and after that he still calls to check up on things so this is a hard to find good quality man and of course a businessman, he is really like our family so I highly recommend him with all five stars and all thumbs up.
