Moving an aging parent who has been in their home a long time can be incredibly stressful and emotional. Last year Mr. Nick Caton helped me sell a rental property in Turlock. I had the good fortune to know that it was going to be a good transaction because he helped me buy the home in the first place. I don't know the first thing about the Escrow process or real estate sales so I had to rely on his expertise. Fortunately, I already knew that I could trust and depend on him from start to finish. The Escrow process is still a mystery to me, but Mr. Caton patiently explained and followed through with everything. I cannot thank him enough.
