As an Allen Tate Realtor, I would like to extend my knowledge and enthusiasm for the home buying & selling process. With over 100 homes sold and nearly $50,000,000 in production, I have a firm grasp on the fast-paced market and how to best assist my clients.

I grew up in the Charlotte area since I was in grade school and attended Mecklenburg Area Catholic Schools through high school. So I have personally witnessed the growth and revitalization of many of its neighborhoods. My goal is to be accessible to both customers and clients, and provide excellent service, whether you’re moving across the street or across the country. Being licensed in both North Carolina & South Carolina, I have recent sales ranging from Uptown & SouthPark to Matthews, Rock Hill or Mount Holly!

As the son of a Charlotte area contractor, I have grown up around home renovations, real estate transactions, and even dabble in home design and "flipping" properties. I’ve acquired a wealth of knowledge with hands on experience, and I have built relationships with trusted professionals that can help with any job you may need as you sell or buy your home. Along with my dad, I have assisted many clients with project management, design, & renovations of their homes.

I bring some youthful energy to a sometimes tedious process. I like to bring ease to buying, selling, and renting.
