My husband and I bought our new home about a month and a half ago, and Nicole Campau-Rocha was the best realtor we could have asked for! We loved that she was knowledgeable about local neighborhoods, prices, and financing. She took the time to listen to us and find us options with exactly what we wanted and always had our best interests at heart. Nicole was only a text or call away and responded to our questions and concerns quickly and even in the night. She set up walk-throughs for the houses we were interested in and got our offers sent very quickly, sometimes within the hour! Once we found the house that was right for us, she communicated directly with our lender to get us through a fast escrow and close in only 20 days. After we got our keys, she and her family went above and beyond by coming over that very next weekend to help us with some major yard work in our new backyard! When we realized that our fence needed replacing, she set us up with a fantastic fence and yard guy and even helped us with funds to replace the fence! She was always there to give advice and lend a hand, but she is not pushy or judgy. We consider her a good friend and would definitely enlist her help again if we ever decided to move in the future; we wouldn’t trust anyone else to sell our current home or find us another home that’s right for us!

Absolutely a joy to work with. Honest, informative and friendly! She was very available for questions and gave great explanations. Nicole is very knowledgeable and transparent, I felt very secure through the whole process! I will be seeking her out should anything happen in the future.
