It's coming up on a year now. Nicole was so wonderful in all that she did for us. We had lived in the same house for 30ish years so it was basically buying a new home was a scary experience for us, but she made everything seamless. I mean to tell you, she is very thorough and we so much appreciated that. Love the gal, she's totally someone I could meet for beers and loose track of time talking to, she has a wonderful sense of humor also. She will go over and beyond for any of her clients, very trustworthy and honest.

We had the pleasure of meeting Nicole in 2017 when we were searching for a home in the Denver area. While finding a great home in such a big market can seem daunting at times, Nicole instantly put us at ease. Not only was Nicole able to find our family a great house, but she helped us negotiate a great purchasing price. When our work called for us to relocate four years later we knew we could count on Nicole to help us sell. Not only did Nicole help line up everything to get our house ready, but she "literally" rolled up her sleeves and helped. We had the highest expectations when it came to selling our house and Nicole exceeded them all. Nicole's attention to detail, integrity, and relentless drive was key to the success of our house selling above our expectations. I truly cannot express the amount of gratitude we have for Nicole for all she has done for our family and there is no other we would want by our side if we did it all over again.
