In the spring of 2023 Nicole helped me find my new home. My timeframe for buying was compressed, and there were some tricky parameters surrounding my pending divorce. Nicole guided me through the process and knew exactly what was needed in my situation both in terms of paperwork and the search. She would regularly identify houses and get me into see them the moment they were available for showing, collect my feedback, and further refine the search. In the process, she saved me from settling on houses that I didn’t love (even though I would have been easy to convince to buy), and when the home I did love came on the market, she found it within minutes, showed it to me within hours, and skillfully and successfully navigated the negotiations, inspections and closing processes for me. I’m settled in my home, feel great about the entire process, and am grateful for Nicole’s help and guidance.

I couldn't speak highly enough about our experience with Nicole. My husband and I began working with her on buying our first home about a year ago in the midst of crazy bidding wars and a competitive market. The time and effort she put into working with us was unbelievable. She was excellent about educating us on negotiating, understanding verbiage and paperwork and would go out of her way to give us her honest opinions/understanding of the market. We learned SO much from her throughout the process. When we toured houses with us she was excellent about pointing out "problem" areas, damages and positive features of the home. I felt we could trust her because she didn't try to hide any problems homes might have in order to get us to make an offer. We ended up getting an incredible deal on our dream home and she has been incredibly kind about checking-in with us to hear how our remodel is going. I would recommend Nicole to anyone and everyone!

Nichole is an amazing realtor. She is able to listen to your needs, manage expectations on a budget, and help you find the right home for you.

More specifically she is timely to appointments, negotiates with the end in mind, and has been faultless in our experience of buying (and selling a house).

Nicole was amazing in her commitment to service. She never gave up on us in a tough market to buy in. She was always available to show more homes and never pressured us into a quick decision. In fact she slowed us down to point out the quality differences in the homes that have been recently upgraded. She found the most beautiful home while we were out of town, did video walk thru and helped us make an offer. She succeeded in the negotiation, while up against 6 other offers. Nichole showed me many, many homes at my request. With her years of experience and knowledge she was able to point out to me work that would need to be done, and ideas about how to upgrade the space. Look no further, Nicole is truly the best realtor in the Scottsdale/Phoenix metro market! In this insane 2021 sellers market, Nicole is the reason our offer got accepted. She has a keen ability to read other realtors and sellers and works tirelessly as a professional and passionate advocate for your best interests. She really listens and has a great intuition. We were at the height of our search around the holidays and came to her days before Christmas after losing 7 offers over 4 months with another realtor. She was extremely industrious and sent us both off market and on market properties to give us the best options. She literally drove to a potential property on Christmas Day and sent us photos and details knowing we were eager in our search. Don't be fooled, Nicole is a real estate shark! She is extremely pleasant and ALWAYS goes the extra mile to get things done. After selling our house in under 3 days, I knew she was a top-notch realtor. In fact, she was so amazing, I came back to her to assist in building and buying a new home 18-months later. Nicole helped me purchase my first single family home ever. She was very knowledgeable about what to look for in a home, she was very patient with me in determining my likes and dislikes, and very helpful in writing a winning bid for me.

My wife and I recently bought our first home and we had the pleasure of working with Nicole Hedges as our Realtor. We had met with a couple other Realtors before meeting Nicole and their level of service could be considered average at best.
