Nicole has resided in Austin for the majority of her life, and has seen the growth, ups, and downs of the market. Her longevity in the business and years of residence has given her a broad demographic knowledge of Austin and its surrounding areas. Her expertise in purchase/sell transactions, leasing and property management makes her uniquely qualified to help a variety of clients and investors across the city.
Nicole’s professional accomplishments include, Residential Brokerage small business owner, Certified Residential Specialist(CRS®), Texas Residential Leasing Specialist(TRLS®), Texas Residential Property Manager(TRPM®) and holds a Texas Real Estate Broker's license, a license held by less than 1% of Realtors because of the education, training and experience required. She is also a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers, Austin Board of Realtors, Council of Residential Specialists, Texas Board of Realtors, and the National Board of Realtors.
In her spare time Nicole enjoys spending time with her fiancé, family, friends, and favorite dog Kona. Nicole prefers to be outdoors and during the summer months she enjoys being on the lake soaking up the sun, wake-surfing, and stand up paddle boarding. She is also an avid motocross and mountain bike rider during the cooler months of the year.
