Nicole’s knowledge of the local area saved me countless hours of searching and gave me confidence I would find a home to meet my budget. She was able to explain which schools were available and unavailable (due to capped numbers).

She was able to show me several homes which met my needs and offered expertise advice from the beginning of the process through to the final signing of the closing papers.
Nicole is meticulous with every detail of each step in the buying process. She followed up to ensure each item found during the inspection was corrected. Her negotiation skills were impressive and allowed me to purchase my home within my budget.
Without Nicole’s responsiveness, a last minute glitch just before closing would have required a rescheduled closing date but she worked tirelessly to find an acceptable solution and we closed on time!

Our family has been on a real estate roller coaster for two years now. I started with Nicole and ended with Nicole - and a whole bunch of other realtors in between. Nicole is authentic and what you see is what you get - a professional (yet casual), honest, and genuine realtor who is proactive and readily available. She helped us out after a cancelled deal with a builder and we needed to find something asap! I called her on a Thursday and by Saturday, we found the house we wanted. She was a great negotiator and even refused to take an unexpected bonus offered by the new builder in order to give us more room for negotiation. She was always on top of things, gave suggestions, and answered questions with a smile (text or live) - day or night. She was never reactive and always proactive. I've dealt with other agents and there have been different issues - unresponsiveness, slight arrogance, impatience due to questions or last minute changes - these are all qualities to look out for but are hard to pick up during an initial interview. You will NOT go wrong with Nicole. We have found our dream home and she made the process smooth. We highly recommend her!

We were matched with Nicole for our relocation to Durham and she is AMAZING. First, she understood our super vague description of wanting ‘character’ and found us a modern A-frame that I would never have considered normally but is our dream home. Then she helped us negotiate a bidding war to make it ours. And finally she helped us though the repairs process getting so many expert inspections (including a structural engineer) in the middle of a pandemic when we couldn’t return to the area to be involved. We recently relocated from CA and met Nicole through one of her listings. From our first meeting, we found Nicole to be friendly, honest and very knowledgeable which was important as we had only been in NC for a few months. She was never pushy and always had our best interest at heart even though we weren't the easiest clients.
She was everything we could have asked for in a realtor and we would gladly recommend her to friends and family looking to buy or sell.

My wife and I relocated to the triangle area from New York. We took a short-term apartment lease and we started house hunting immediately. We initially attempted to purchase without an agent. We quickly realized that we were't prepared to navigate the buyer process without help.

We came across Nicole's agency based on recommendations on reddit. After a few text messages, we ended up meeting Nicole at a local Starbucks to shoot the breeze and discuss our criteria.

Nicole was very accommodating in helping search for the right home. We spent several weekends running around looking at houses. Nicole was knowledgeable and accommodating. If she wasn't available, then her colleague, Justin Burleson would work with us in her absence. Nicole was very responsive. She always returned our text messages and picked up our phone calls immediately.

Nicole was very proactive in helping us get the information that we needed to make an informed decision. She would pull plot information from the town for any property that we were interested in. There were a few cases where she spoke with her friends in legal over easements, property lines, etc.

There were a few poorly maintained houses in our preferred areas. Nicole helped us sift through the bad ones. On several walkthroughs she suggested that we walk away and move onto the next. This showed us that Nicole was more interested in a happy client than a quick sale.

After a month or so of searching, we finally found a house that met our criteria. It was only on the market for a day before we made our offer. Nicole was great at negotiation. We ended up getting the house under asking price, and under the appraisal value.

I would highly recommend Nicole and her team. She was fun, energetic, and pleasant to deal with. She helped us find the right house at the right price in the right area. I used her preferred lender and her legal people, They were also a breeze to work with. This was a great experience and my wife and I thank Nicole for her time and effort. She went above and beyond in helping us find our first home.

We had a great experience in working with Nicole.

First, Nicole came in a team of support staff and contractors to leverage to help us stage and prepare for our move. Staging consultant, painters, carpet cleaners, photographers, etc. - getting ready to list our house was a breeze.

Next, once we aligned on pricing expectations and then listed our house, Nicole helped us navigate the number of offers we had. We listed for 24 hours, had 23 showings and double-digit offers in one day. Nicole helped us select the best offer and navigate a closing date that could work for both parties.

Finally, when it came to helping us find our new home, Nicole was supportive, attentive and most of all patient as we looked at houses. We visited probably 30-35 homes with Nicole, and had 2nd, 3rd and 4th showings at some of them. Nicole was our solid wingwoman as we worked through our choices. And just like our home sale, Nicole helped us make the best offer on our new house and navigate the closing process - she kept everything organized and moving very well.

We strongly recommend Nicole to help you buy and sell your next place. If and when we need to sell again she will be our first call.

There are lots of realtors in the triangle but how many really focus on you as a unique customer?  While many realtors are interested in getting your listing, it takes a special type of realtor that truly wants to support you throughout the entire selling process.

Nicole was so great to work with! My fiance and I met her at an open house and really clicked. After about a month we sent her two houses we wanted to tour and she set them up right away. That night after we toured the second home, we put an offer in! Nicole was quick, accommodating and responsive which made our home buying experience quick and painless! She is very connected in the area/industry and had wonderful recommendations for anything we needed. We found our forever home and do not plan on moving for a long time but we would definitely use Nicole again!
